• Health Insurance-
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our In Network or our Out of Network Health Plan. Community Bank of Florida contributes substantially to the cost of the coverage. The health insurance is in the form of a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan. Our health plan offers prescription drugs benefits with low co-pays for generic drugs & reasonable co-pays for formulary and non-formulary medications.
• Dental Insurance-
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our Dental coverage program. Community Bank of Florida contributes substantially to the cost of the coverage. Employees that elect coverage for themselves only and are enrolled in the Health Insurance Plan, receive the dental coverage free. The dental insurance is in the form of a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan.
• Medical Flexible Spending Account-
The Medical Flexible Spending Plan enables an employee to designate a deduction amount from each paycheck tax free to place into the account to cover non-reimbursed eligible medical expenses incurred for the plan year.
• Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account-
The Dependent Flexible Spending Plan enables an employee to designate a deduction amount from each paycheck tax free to place into an account to cover out-of-pocket dependent day care costs for children under the age of 13 or elderly care.
• Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment-
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our life insurance program. The life insurance program provides term life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance for each employee at 2 times base annual salary plus $5,000 at 100% paid by Community Bank of Florida.
• Dependent Life Insurance-
Employees may choose to elect additional group life for themselves, their spouse and/or children at 100% cost to the employee.
• Long-Term Disability-
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the long- term disability program. The disability insurance provides you with loss of income protection if you become disabled from a covered accidental bodily injury, sickness or pregnancy.
• Wellness & Fitness Programs-
All employees are entitled to our various wellness & fitness programs at little or no cost to them.
