Summary:
Assist in the identification and management of problem credits, including direct responsibility for assigned accounts. This position recommends/conducts viable workout plans for moderate to complex problem commercial and consumer loans. Ensures that these accounts are properly monitored for debt repayment or in the alternative, foreclosure/liquidation of assets to minimize or prevent loss or maximize recovery.

Skills & Requirements:
- College Degree or work experience equivalent
- 2 or more years previous commercial workouts experience required
- 3-5 years previous collection experience required
- Previous Portfolio Management experience desired
- Must be proficient in Microsoft software applications, such as Word and Excel
- Must be able to multitask and have good interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
