Special Assets Specialist
SUMMARY:
Assist in the identification and management of problem credits, including direct responsibility for assigned accounts. This position recommends/conducts viable workout plans for moderate to complex problem commercial and consumer loans. Ensures that these accounts are properly monitored for debt repayment or in the alternative, foreclosure/liquidation of assets to minimize or prevent loss or maximize recovery.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- College Degree or work experience equivalent.
- 2 or more years' previous collections experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft software applications, such as Word and Excel.
- Must be able to multitask and have good interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
