Culture Club/Wellness Committee
The feeling of belonging extends well beyond the walls of our banks. It spreads out into the communities that we serve. Being a good corporate citizen means actively playing a role in the community; this is why all of our managers, officers and Board Members are involved in local civic organizations.
The Culture Club, known for their spirit and enthusiasm, is a bank wide committee of employees dedicated to creating team building activities and celebrations. The Culture Club’s Mission Statement is to create, implement and derive joy from Fun, Food, Friends, Financial Family and Fun-Filled Festivities Throughout our Organization!!
The Wellness Committee was added to the Culture Club in order to help employees become healthier. The program helps in setting personal goals and assist you in making healthy choices. Annual events put on by the Wellness Committee include a Health Screening and the Corporate Run, which takes place in Downtown Miami to assist the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
