Robert L. Epling
President and CEO

Mr. Epling joined Community Bank in 1977 as president and CEO. He has been in the commercial banking industry for over 40 years. A graduate of Furman University, his extended education includes the Graduate School of Lending at the University of Oklahoma and Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Epling is a past President of the Florida Bankers Association and the Orange Bowl Committee. Committed to the community, he is a member of Rotary as well as being involved with numerous other civic activities. His passion expands from college football as the current Chair of the Football Committee for the Orange Bowl, to Chairman of the International Hurricane Research Center at Florida International University. In addition, he is also on the Board of the Dade County Farm Bureau and the AVMED Health Plans Board.

Daniel P. Lipe
Executive Vice President

Mr. Lipe joined Community Bank in 1997 and has been in the banking and investment industry for 18 years.

A graduate of Delta State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting, he received his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Lipe is a past Board Member and Past Chairman of the Homestead/Florida City Chamber of Commerce. He is the Past President and a current Board Member of the South Florida Banking Institute. Additionally, he is on the Board of the Naranja Lakes Community Redevelopment Agency and Open Door Health Center.

Jerry D. Weisman
Executive Vice President

Mr. Weisman joined Community Bank in 2001, and has over 40 years experience in the financial services industry with both small community banks and large banks. He received his B.S. degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan.

Mr. Weisman is Chairman of Community Bank’s Executive Advisory Council, a group of local business leaders that apprises current economic conditions which influence the Miami-Dade County markets. He is a Board Member of the Vision Council, and President of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Risk Management Association.

Willie L. Carpenter
Senior Vice President

Mr. Carpenter joined Community Bank in 1981 and has over 27 years experience in the banking industry. He received his B.S. from Western Carolina University, is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking at L.S.U.

At present, Mr. Carpenter is the Chairman of the Board of the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition. In addition, he sits on the Board of Baptist Health System Investment, Homestead Hospital, The Nat Moore Foundation, Western Carolina Board of Trustees Alumni Association, South Florida Workforce, and the AvMed Advisory Board.

M.Renee Reichling
Senior Vice President

Mrs. Reichling joined Community Bank in 2006 with 25 years of banking experience, 15 of which were spent specializing in the Commercial Lending and Commercial Real Estate Lending areas. She is a graduate of Florida State University, where she received a Bachelors Degree in Finance.

Active in the community, Renee is a Board Member of Junior Achievement of Miami-Dade County and has been a volunteer in the organization since 1995.

In addition to her work with Junior Achievement, Mrs. Reichling is also the current President of the Junior Orange Bowl Committee, a Steering Committee Member for FSU Real Estate Trends and Networking Conference, a member of Commercial Real Estate of Women and also a member of CREW Careers, which promotes the interest of female high school students in fields related to Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Yunus joined Community Bank of Florida in 1998 and has 17 years experience in the banking industry.

In addition to being a CPA, he has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Accounting Degree from FIU, and an Engineering Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
